Kids

Upcoming events:

Pages from your Librarian

We are gearing up for our summer reading program and are thrilled to announce the return of our "Read to Sawyer" program. Children can sign up for a 15 minute slot and either bring a book from home or a librarian can help choose one. The program will be on June 20th, July 25th and August 15th starting at 4 pm.

Teachers

Tours, storytimes, and group visits may be scheduled for school classes, scout groups, day cares, and parent groups. To schedule a visit, please call EPLS staff at least three weeks in advance.

Early Literacy

Our children's rooms are full of wonderous adventures waiting to be explored by your little ones. We want to help build the skills your child needs to be ready for school by working with them to develop early literacy and learning skills, such as talking, singing, reading, writing, and playing.

Homework Help

Stop in for a quiet area and large tables to get your homework completed. Use our online research tools.

Cards & Computers

The children's Room computers are just for kids! You'll need a student ID or library card to sign on. Don't have a library card? We have a Children's 3 for ME card for kids under 12.
